Floating Castle Within a Castle

As I looked at the sky yesterday - I imagined buildings floating through the air as well as sitting on the ground. What fun it would be if buildings - randomly - took off for an alternative view of the surroundings and then took one back again - with safety - to Terra Firma.

And There It Was

I was walking down the street in my town and out from the side of a building appeared one of the Dragons I knew lived here. A mythical creature for sure but also a protector of all. I had heard that its usual size was miniscule - one has to be careful where one walks not to step on them. Here - larger than life - was one of them - friendly and waving to me.

Ancient Bird

An article in the BBC online yesterday announced that Scientists have discovered actual ancient Bird feathers in a fossil. How exciting. I wonder what the feathers are like - soft - hard - red - green - blue - yellow - scaly - oily - linear - circular - straight. Such exciting news. Now to imagine what they looked like when they walked or flew over or went swimming on this earth.

The Rainbow Gatherer

What a wonderful career - a Rainbow Gatherer. The work would probably be seasonal. It would be done just after a rain storm when the air is clear and refreshed - full of Ozone.

Star Flowers in the Morning Sky

Everyone Loves a Good Story

As I watched two dogs "talk" the other day - I wondered if all living creatures talk and tell each other stories in a personal manner. The only group of living creatures I cannot understand is a display of Sardines swimming in a tank at an Aquarium I visited where directionality and intensity of forward direction seemed to be the governing factor. Perhaps they exchanged vibrations with each other that kept them going in their - seemingly - endless forward motion. I feel all living creatures need some sort of fantasy in their lives. Perhaps I am reading too much of Neil Gaiman's work.
